We collect information about you when you send a letter to the Mayor via our website – your name, email address and the content of your letter.

How will we use the information about you?
We collect information to determine the number of people emailing the Mayor of London via our website. If you opt in to receive emails from us, we will email you from time to time to update you on the campaign.
We will hold your data for the duration of the campaign after which it will be deleted, unless you have opted in to receive further updates from the LTDA.
Access to your information and correction
